Reservation Policy: 
1ST NIGHT OF RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Cancellation Policy: 

If cancelled 7 days BEFORE arrival date then only the first night of the reservation will be charged.

If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date then 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Group Reservation Policy: (8 PEOPLE OR MORE)
50% OF RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED TO CONFIRM RESERVATION AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Group Cancellation Policy: (8 PEOPLE OR MORE)
If cancelled 14 days BEFORE arrival date then 50% of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date then 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy
Children 17 and under are not allowed.

City Tax (IMPORTANT!)
City tax is not included in the total price on this website and will be added to the total of the reservation. The city tax for Barcelona city is
5.50€ and is applied per person per night to all people 17 years and older for up to 7 nights.
